PaCE Loxton – ongoing funding has been secured by School and Beyond Inc to enable this partnership between the Aboriginal Parent Task Force and the Loxton High School to continue with particular emphasis upon art work and extension of the

PaCE Barmera - has been successfully completed. Sustainability has been secured by broadening the program into other areas of Aboriginal involvement at the Barmera Primary School with the support of other lines of funding including the What Works School Community Partnership program.
 

PaCE Winkie – ongoing funding has been secured by School and Beyond Inc. to enable this partnership between the Aboriginal Parent Task Force and the Winkie Primary school to continue. Continuation of the PIRSA water wise programs is planned.
 

PaCE Renmark - development of a new PaCE program at Renmark Primary and High Schools is underway for 2013. The initiative has been taken by the Schools and the Aboriginal Partner Task Force indicating that sustainability has been achieved.
 


 

Riverland Youth Mentoring Alliance

Riverland Youth Mentor Alliance – The Partnership will oversee and implement mentoring programs at the highest levels across the Riverland regions.

The partnership was formalised in July 2012 with Terms of Reference completed and clear intentions stated the support Australian Youth Mentoring Benchmarks and develop a pool of people who would be available for regional youth mentoring programs at the highest levels and standards.



 

Riverland Careers Connect

The Riverland Careers Connect discovery trail has been developed as a partnership between schools, university and industry to support further education and career pathways in the Riverland.


 

Now and Next Transitions for Students with Disabilities

Now and Next Special School Transition Partnership – the partnership established in 2012 has moved into a sustainable mode with the agreement for members to provide a rotating chair. Emphasis is upon refinement/evaluation of the model for outreach to other regions.

Now and Next Disability Transition Outreach Partnership – is under development to refine the model for implementation in other regions. This initiative involves partners from DECD, Disability SA and the Riverland Special School facilitated by School and Beyond Inc.
